To raise our voices to eliminate racist and discriminatory employment practices

To provide legal and personal support to individuals in their struggle for employment equity and justice

To create an awareness of the impact of ongoing exclusionary and racial discriminatory employment policies and practices

To inform Canadian taxpayers of the financial costs and the damage to national interests when individuals and minority races are targeted for abuse
